6 September 2018

Forty Italian countries will soon be entering the markets of 8 countries thanks to SIMEST. The company, which together with SACE forms the export and internationalisation hub of the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group, granted loans of more than €10 million in August to a group of firms for commercial operations in Albania, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, the Ivory Coast, the United Arab Emirates, Kenya and Russia.

The companies receiving support include:

  • 2SFT JEANS&SPORTWEAR Srl of Nocera Inferiore (province of Salerno), a company that operates in the manufacture and distribution of clothing under its own brand and for third parties. Thanks to the SIMEST loan it will open a branch in Durrës (Albania) to sell not only 2SFT Jeans&Sportwear branded products, but also the brands of its main Italian clients (Americanino, Imperial, Scout and Gaudi).
  • I.S.E.T. Srl of Maddaloni (CE), a leader since 1966 in the manufacture and design of electronic devices and circuit boards for the electro-medical sector. It will use the SIMEST loan to open an office in Al Olaya in Saudi Arabia.
